Changes and cancellations policy
Latvia Rivers Reservation Changes and Cancellations Policy:
• Reservation cancellation fees: Cancellation fees applied by the provider Latvia Rivers, if any, will be charged on the total amount of the reservation.
• Expenses for reservation modification: To the possible modifications of dates, names of passengers, destinations, number of clients, etc. the service provider Latvia Rivers will charge: € 20 per reservation.
These expenses will be applied regardless of when the reservation is changed or canceled and may vary according to the special conditions of the possible campaigns or promotions in force at the time of the reservation.
* Annulment expenses:
At any time prior to the start of the trip, the traveler may cancel or modify the trip in exchange for the payment of:
1. Cancellation fees:
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to departure date: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellations between 30 and 20 days prior to the departure date: 10% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations between 20 and 10 days prior to the departure date: 35% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations between 10 and 3 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations with 3 days or less prior to the departure date: 95% of the total amount.
All trips are subject to cancellation fees from the moment the reservation is accepted. Expenses may amount to 100% of the total amount, and additional services costs may also be applicable and cumulative, according to Latvia Rivers’ cancellation policy, the amounts of which vary depending on the advance notice with which the cancellation or modification of the start date is notified. From the trip.
Hotels, Transfers and other additional services.
In case of cancellation, the corresponding expenses will be applied, whether they are canceled regardless of the trip contracted with Latvia Rivers
as together.
Refunds:
If the providers of the contracted services cannot partially or totally provide the services due to force majeure or fortuitous cases, Latvia Rivers will only manage on behalf of the user and will be limited to reimbursement of the amount that proceeds, excluding any other commitment.
The agency reserves the right to modify the order of the services indicated on this website for their better development or for reasons that justify it. When Latvia Rivers is the one who cancels a trip or excursion of any nature for reasons beyond the customer’s control, it will be obliged but limited to reimburse all of the advances or payments that it has made.
In case of cancellation by the client, the refund applied will be calculated according to the Cancellation Policies, depending on whether it is done in cash or to be used in another activity.
The fact that the client provides an advance and / or payment for the chosen service implies their acceptance of the conditions and responsibilities specified on this site.
Important notes:
Changes of departure date, changes in passenger numbers and cancellation of passengers are considered cancellation of reservation and are subject to the corresponding expenses.
In the event of cancellation by the passenger, Latvia Rivers must be notified in writing immediately. The trip will be canceled from the date the company receives the written cancellation notice.
The company accepts cancellation requests from Monday to Friday, not holidays, before 5:00 p.m.
The passenger who leaves the trip already started for any reason, will not be entitled to any refund and must pay the price in full. The passenger who cannot make the trip due to lack or irregularity in the necessary personal documents, as well as valid stay and transit visas for all the countries included in the itinerary, will also not be entitled to any refund.
