This tour takes place inside the Gauja National Park (Gaujas Nacionālais Parks).
Meeting customers at their location (hotel, hostel, etc…) around 8:30 am. After breakfast, transfer to Gauja National Park (Gaujas Nacionālais Parks). This journey can take about 1:40 hours.
A brunch will be served before the start of the hike. Water and snacks will be available during the tour.
The trail starts at the junction of highway A2 and Amata river, runs through the woods and along the right bank of the river to hills and rocky cliffs (red sandstone), with beautiful views of forest and the underground riverbed. The route is 20 km long and the trip lasts from 4 to 4:30 hours. This time estimate is approximate as it depends on the speed at which you are going and the weather conditions.
At the end of the trip, we take our clients to their initial location.
