The tour takes place within the Gauja National Park, therefore it has unique natural places.
We pick you up at your location (Hotel or Airport) around 8:30 a.m. and leave for the Gauja River, this journey can last approximately 2 hours.
The tour begins near the town of Valmiera on the Gauja River and ends in the small town of Sigulda. The distance of the journey is 70 km.
Upon arrival at the boarding site, the material will be distributed and navigation will begin. In the canoes you will carry all the material to be self-sufficient for 3 days.
You will sail between 4 and 6 hours (20km) each day, this depends on the flow of the river, the speed at which you paddle and the inclement weather.
There will be several stops to rest and visit different places of interest during the tour.
At the end you will return to your initial location.
If the client wishes, they can do the tour with a guide or alone.
